UCP Newsletters United Cerebral Palsy sends out two bi-monthly newsletters via e-mail, Active Times and Special Times. Active Times focuses on adult inclusion, events, and recent activities. Special Times contains information on family and youth services provided by both UCP and PHP (Parents Helping Parents).
