Respite Care Provider (In-Home)
One-on-one care provider position for children with special needs. Hours are flexible, based on the needs of the family. Positions are available throughout San Luis Obispo County.

Experience caring for children with disabilities is desired, but not required. Must be 18 years of age. Fingerprinting and a background check will be required.

Volunteer
United Cerebral Palsy is looking for volunteers to help with supporting services, fundraising, and helping out in the office. We also are looking for people to serve on various committees which plan the direction of our organization. For more information, contact Kristine at: or (805) 543-2039.
Motivated individuals who want to support the mission of United Cerebral Palsy. Need to be willing to commit your time for at least a six month period.

Driver for Ride-On Transportation
Part-time positions available for drivers to operate small buses and vans throughout San Luis Obispo County. Drivers must be able to assist riders in wheelchairs. Drivers will provide rides for social service rides and the general public. Shifts are usually Monday through Friday, but evening and weekend shifts are also available.

Driver bases are in Paso Robles and SLO. $10/hr.
Drivers need to have a California Class A or B License with a Passenger Endorsement and must pass a DMV Medical Exam and pre-employment drug screen. Drivers need to be able to work with riders in wheelchairs on the lift and with securement. Ride-On will train motivated candidates to get a Commercial License and Passenger Endorsement.
